s my treatment covered?

Depending on your insurance provider the frequency and amount of coverage for massage therapy varies. Please check with your insurance company ahead of time to see what type of coverage you have.

A doctor’s referral is not required to see a registered massage therapist in the province of BC. It may be a requirement for reimbursement from some insurance companies, so please check with your provider prior to your first treatment.

ICBC claims are welcome, but require approval from your ICBC adjuster and referring doctor prior to your first treatment. Please note that we are “opted out”, which means that you will be responsible for paying for your treatment in full. You must then submit your receipts to ICBC for reimbursement.

Unfortunately we are not currently accepting claims for WCB patients. If an appointment is booked while you are a WCB patient it is your responsibility to pay for your treatment in full. WCB will not cover any portion of submitted receipts.
